The organised labour has announced a one-week suspension of the ongoing nationwide industrial action.
This was disclosed by ATTSAN’s Deputy National Secretary, Francis Akinjorin, shortly after the NLC and TUC stakeholder meeting in Abuja.
Yesterday night, union leaders and government representatives signed an agreement after the government stated that it is willing to pay more than the proposed N60,000.
We are ‘relaxing’ the action for one week and not suspending the strike, to give FG the one week grace and test their sincerity.” Akinfolarin disclosed.
